By accessing or using Omniscient, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.
Omniscient provides tools to connect data sources, store personal context, and generate AI-assisted outputs for chat and writing.
If you connect third-party services (such as Gmail, Outlook, GitHub, or Notion), you authorize Omniscient to access data within the scopes you approve. You can revoke access with the provider at any time.
You retain ownership of content you upload or generate in Omniscient. You grant Omniscient a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service for you.
You agree not to use Omniscient for unlawful activities, unauthorized access, abuse of third-party systems, or to generate content that violates applicable law or rights of others.
AI outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and are provided for informational purposes. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for personal, legal, medical, or financial decisions.
Your use of Omniscient is also governed by the Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy. In case of conflict, these Terms govern service usage and the Privacy Policy governs data practices.
The Omniscient service, software, and branding are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the service.
You may stop using Omniscient at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the service, users, or legal compliance.
Omniscient is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omniscient and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
